Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier you choose. You'll see the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track each step of the delivery.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Some campaigns offer free shipping promotions 🛍️.
Wrong or incomplete address? The package may be returned to us 😢. In this case, we'll resend it for a new shipping fee.
Delays may occur for external reasons (rain, strikes, unforeseen transport issues), but we are always nearby to help.

Exchange and return policy
At GMP - Geek Mood Print, we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with our purchases. If you need to exchange or return something, please follow the instructions below:
1. Deadline for Exchange or Return
The customer can request the exchange or return of a product within 14 calendar days after receipt.
For exchanges due to manufacturing defects, the deadline is 30 calendar days after receipt.
We do not exchange personalized products that have been previously approved by the customer.
2. Product Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with all labels, accessories and manuals.
Products that show signs of improper use, poor storage or alterations will not be accepted for exchange or return.
3. How to Apply
Contact our customer service team using the contact form and provide the following information:
Order number
Full name
Reason for exchange or return
Our team will send you instructions for posting the product.
4. Shipping Costs
In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, shipping costs are fully covered by the store.
In cases of regret or exchange for size/color, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund
The refund will be made after analysis and approval of the returned product.
6. Products that we do not accept returns
Custom or personalized products with prior customer approval.
